Accommodation is found in a number of beautiful colonial-style buildings spread out over lush, landscaped grounds with each room individually styled with either patios or balconies. The resort has a total of three full-service restaurants, serving everything from Jamaican cuisine to Italian cuisine including one of the finest restaurants in Jamaica, Sugar Mill.

ACCOMMODATION

210 rooms and suites on 2 floors with no lifts and 27 Villas. All rooms and suites are different and feature a balcony/patio, air-conditioning, cable TV, radio, refrigerated mini-bar, safe and hairdryer. Garden View Rooms are either located on the ground or first floor, featuring views of the gardens with private patios, and have 1 king-size bed or 2 twin beds, sleeping maximum 2 adults and 1 child.

3 restaurants: Seagrape Terrace (eclectic International cuisine with an emphasis on ingredients grown and reared locally, open for breakfast, lunch and dinner, buffet and à la carte, the head chef offers a four-course special menu for lunch and dinner each day. Nightly entertainment), Il Giardino (Italian cuisine open for dinner only), award-wining Sugar Mill Restaurant, recognised as the best restaurant in Jamaica and one of the finest in the Caribbean. Chef de Cuisine Christopher Golding has a masters touch, blending Jamaican produce with accents of Asia and Europe to spectacular effect (modern Jamaican cuisine, open for dinner only). Reservations are required for dinner at Seagrape Terrace, Il Giardino and The Sugar Mill Restaurant. Half Moon also hosts a Beach Barbecue for guests at Sunrise Beach on Friday nights.
